We have the conducted fermentation, which means that our production is based on cold fermentation and cold filling up. Top quality wine is bottled into our original bottles with the recognizable etiquettes.

Our wines have a geographical protects of origin. The annual production of wine is about 30,000 bottles; 30% of the production are red wines and 70% white wines.

We have nine brands of wine, four among them are autochtonous, old brands, and other brands are world-renowned. The most familiar brand of wine that we produce is ’Chardonnay’. Then comes ’Rajn Riesling’, Italian riesling, ’Zupljanska’, and among white wines there are: ’Cabernet Savignon’, ’Merlot’, ’Pinot noir’, ’Portugizer’ and ’Kadarka’. ’Kadarka’ is the autochtonous brand like the white wines ’Ezerjo’ and ’Kevindinka’.
