The guests who often come to ‘WineCastle’ are hunters, and the very owner of the ‘WineCastle’, Laslo Huper, is an avid game hunter. 

Laslo Huper was one of the founders of the ’Arena Sabadkense’ Association (’Subotica’s Sand’). The aim of this association is the spreading of tradition, culture, wine consumption and celebration of religious and other holidays related to wine.

Laslo Hupert has the function of Senator in this association; during the celebration of religious and other holidays related to wine, he puts on a special robe and performs an inherent ritual of wine tasting in his cellar. During this ritual he tells his guests all he knows about each type of wine. The guests listen to him carefully and they taste the wine.
